How do I know which inseam and size will fit me best?
For best results, measure the inseam of your favorite pair of work pants (measure from the crotch area, to the bottom hem of the pants).

Do I need to be under 5’4” to wear your pants?
Our pants are engineered for women under 5'4", but we've had several women in the 5'5+ range who have a shorter inseam and the pants looked amazing on them as well. 

Are Verti Petite pants true to size? Should I size up or down?
Verti Petite pants are true to petite-specific sizing based on extensive fit testing. If you are between sizes, consult our size chart or reach out for personalized fit advice.

What if I’m between inseams or sizes?
Choose the fit that matches your preferred leg length. If uncertain, our support team will provide recommendations based on your height, weight, and body type.

Can your pants be hemmed further, or altered easily?
With precision-marked inseams, most styles can be hemmed further by a tailor without affecting the shape. Hopefully, you'll find no hemming necessary due to our inseam variety.

Will these work for someone with curvier/athletic/narrower hips?
We design our fit to accommodate a variety of petite body shapes. Please reference our garment measurements, and contact us if you need specific advice.

Do you offer any fit guarantees or complimentary tailoring?
We’re committed to your perfect fit. If your pants aren’t right, our flexible return policy lets you exchange easily until you love your look OR return for a full refund.

How does pre-ordering work? When will my order ship?
Secure your pair early with our pre-order launch. Orders are made in limited batches and ship as soon as production is complete, estimated delivery timelines are approximately 45 days from pre-order date.

What is your return and exchange policy?
You have up to 30 days to return or exchange unworn pants in their original condition, with all tags attached. For more information, visit our Returns page or contact our support team.

Can I change/cancel my order after placing it?
You can request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of ordering. Please email us immediately for assistance.

Which countries do you ship to? How much is shipping?
We ship domestically across the U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii) and can provide international shipping by special request. See our Shipping Policy for rates and estimated delivery times.
